Tierra Sagrada at the Guadalupe River Ranch

In this fast paced climate of rapidly changing personal and global paradigms, there is increasing desire for community. Tierra Sagrada offers a unique opportunity for like-minded individuals to participate in the creation of a holistic community on the sacred ground of the Guadalupe River Ranch. Tierra Sagrada is dedicated to being a green, conservation community featuring our established conference center and resident living.

The TS conference center and historical Guadalupe River Ranch facilities are being revitalized with a greater focus on the creative arts, wellness, business, and the humanities. At TS art is not limited to objective creations, as art is seen as a way of living that continually expands ones conscious reality to allow for an enhanced life experience in a safe, harmonious, and healthy environment. Art is the totality of living in harmony with nature, appreciating the sunset, eating organically grown fresh vegetables from our own gardens, sharing meaningful conversations, getting in touch with your creative side, or just enjoying a hike and renewing your soul.

The community of TS will consist of casitas, art studios, time-shares, and country condos for a variety of individuals seeking a safe place to explore the process of living well, in harmony with nature. TS allows the participants to enjoy the beauty of the Hill Country without the concerns of rural living, with the opportunity for maintenance and housekeeping services. Owners will have a membership in the conference/resort facility where they can enjoy fine dining in the new River View restaurant, and activities such as yoga, horseback riding, river kayaking, spa treatments, and many others. Members will receive discounts on art workshops, wellness seminars, programs, and media events.

Imagine living only 12 minutes from the picturesque town of Boerne with its rapidly growing modern conveniences and easy access to San Antonio. You’ll drive in through a gated entrance to private clustered casitas located along either the sunrise bluffs or the sunset canyon. From your own deck you will have vast views of the distance blue hills and hear only the sounds of nature. Friends can get together in common areas in the clustered casita groups to have meaningful conversations, grill and socialize. The majority of the 343 acres of TS will be left as natural green areas to preserve the land for native wildlife, hiking, horseback riding, and just the pure inner joy of watching the seasons change, the cactus bloom, the sun light pouring through the trees. Our mile and a half of the Guadalupe River is guaranteed to restore your soul as you gently tube down the serene cypress lined divine feminine Guadalupe River.

The cluster communities of TS address the growing awareness for green living, as well as the need for the desire for community shared with your own friends. The casitas will be built from a variety of indigenous materials…sustainable energy sources, water recovery systems, and organic gardens - environmentally friendly and built with a view toward being off the grid. For a limited time we are offering a discount to the first 30 people to sign up for a casita. You will have design input, and an opportunity for a great investment. So bring your friends and select your casita grouping.

If you can imagine a community where friends can meet and share in common activities, and neighbors know each other in a setting that fosters peace and harmony, then you can imagine life at Tierra Sagrada on the sacred grounds of the Guadalupe River Ranch.
